Who We Are

Founded in August 2011, and based out of Glendale Heights, Illinois, John Vandershuit and Mike Nguyen had the idea and vision to be able to provide an on-site and in-home service for technological needs and be able to provide support for you, should any issues arise. We are the solution to put you at ease with the technology that you own. We serve areas within DuPage County at this time, but are also able to make exceptions.

We may not match up in size to the big names out there that provide support, but where we lack in size is where we are strengthened by the relationships that we strive to keep with you, the client. With all the overhead costs where the big names end up charging you, we’re looking to to be able to cut that out all while maintaining and building that clientele relationship with you.

Now you may ask, why go through all this? Why cut cost? Because, to us, you are important to us. Because you are worth it!
